Youngstown police still looking for teen murder suspect


YOUNGSTOWN — Police are still searching for 15-year-old James Johnson, who is a suspect in the death of Jarrell Brown, 18, about 10:15 p.m. July 26 at Market Street and West Indianola Avenue.

Another suspect, Brayquan Walker, 16, was arrested Thursday and is awaiting court proceedings in the Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center.

Police said Brown was shot somewhere near the intersection, then walked there and collapsed.

Johnson is described as a black male, 5’6, 145 pounds with large, distinctive hair.
