Three Dog Night coming to Stambaugh Auditorium


YOUNGSTOWN — Three Dog Night will come to Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave., on Oct. 11.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at stambaughauditorium.com, by phone at 330-259-0555 and at the venue box office.

Three Dog Night was formed in 1968 and had 21 Top 40 hits between 1969 and 1975, including “Black & White,” “Joy to the World” and “Mama Told Me (Not to Come).”

The concert will be Three Dog Night’s first full performance in Youngstown in more than a decade.

The band’s members have changed throughout the years, but founding members Cory Wells and Danny Hutton have remained constants. Original guitarist Michael Allsup, Paul Kingery (bass & vocals), and Pat Bautz (drums) complete the group.
