Stambaugh Academy offers free haircuts, manicures today

YOUNGSTOWN — Stambaugh Charter Academy is hosting a community event from 5 to 7 p.m. today where attendees can get a free haircut and manicure.

The school event will offer haircuts, manicures, food, games and school tours beginning at 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the community.

The school is at 2420 Donald Ave.
