Liberty police arrest Youngstown man on drug charges

LIBERTY — A traffic stop Sunday led to the arrest of a Youngstown man on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and drug-abuse instruments.

According to a police report, officers stopped Martina Lapolla, 28, on Northgate Avenue in the vehicle and found syringes, cooking spoons, a suspected snorting straw, torn plastic baggies and a razor blade, a police report states. Lapolla will be arraigned Tuesday in Girard Municipal Court.
