Hubbard police arrest man on assault charge

HUBBARD — Police arrested Brian Puccio, 39, of Hubbard, on an assault charge.

According to police, witnesses said Puccio pushed a 46-year old woman over a bannister outside an apartment complex on Youngstown-Hubbard Road and then choked her.

Puccio will be arraigned Aug. 11 in Girard Municipal Court.
