MCDONALD

John and Denise Dugan of McDonald are announcing the engagement of their son, David Joseph Dugan, and Kristina Leigh Rendle, both of Austintown.

The parents of the bride-elect are Tom Rendle of Oregon, Ohio, and Sandi Myers of Curtice, Ohio.

Heather Downs Country Club in Toledo will be the location of the 4:30 p.m. wedding Oct. 17, and a reception there will follow. Invitations will be issued.

Miss Rendle graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a degree in middle school math and science education. She teaches seventh- and eighth-grade math and science at St. Charles Elementary School in Boardman. She is an assistant softball coach at Ursuline High School in Youngstown.

Mr. Dugan graduated summa cum laude from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration. He is a certified public accountant and is employed as an advanced staff accountant for Anness, Gerlach & Williams CPAs in Boardman.
