Dorothy Bada, the daughter of Stephen Jr. and Pennie Bada of Girard, exchanged wedding vows June 6 with Matthew Martini, the son of James Sr. and Karen Martini of Hubbard.

The Rev. Timothy O’Neill officiated at the 12:30 p.m. ceremony, which took place at St. Patrick Church. A reception followed at DiVieste Banquet Hall in Warren.

The couple, who live in Hubbard, took a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico.

The bride’s ivory ball gown was fashioned in satin with a chapel-length train and a lace-up back. Swarovski crystals adorned the strapless bodice, which featured a sweetheart neckline and ruching.

Melany Suchora, cousin of the bride, served as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Martini, sister-in-law of the groom, Nisreen El-Nobani, Marisa Henrich, Michelle Heydle and Stacy Maskrey. Attendants wore scarlet satin gowns.

Performing the duties of best man were the groom’s brothers, Mark Martini and James Martini Jr. Groomsmen were Stephen Bada III, brother of the bride, James Shoup, Joseph Yaksich, Robert Dohallow and Michael Powell.

The bride graduated from Raphael’s School of Beauty Culture with a degree in massage therapy. She works as the office manager for Gerber Collision & Glass in Austintown.

The groom graduated from New Castle School of Trades with a degree in building technology. He is employed as a department manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement in Hermitage, Pa.
