Pastor Danny Jones, associate pastor at The Father’s House in Norton, Ohio, will be guest speaker when the Youngstown Chapter of Igniting New Life Ministries, an interdenominational ministry, meets Monday at Georgeanna Parker Activity Center in Boardman Park, 375 Boardman-Poland Road. Fellowship will begin at 6:30 p.m. with ministry at 7.
Prayer at gazebo

Canfield United Methodist Church, 27 S. Broad St., will continue public prayer at noon Wednesdays in the gazebo on the green because of community response.
The prayer time includes a short reading from Psalms and lifting of prayer concerns for the community, country and world along with personal joys and concerns. The Rev. Susan Brown, pastor at Canfield UMC, leads prayer, which will continue until further notice.

Gospel revival

The NEO Gospel Music Revival will be at 5 p.m. Aug. 8 at Rogers Assembly of God, 8251 Sprucevale Road. There is no admission charge; a free-will offering will be taken.
Performers include Sons of Liberty of Stanton, Ky.; Blankenship family of Charleston, W.Va.; Russ Nottingham of Garrettsville; Calvary’s Love of Doylestown, Ohio; and Glorybound of Negley, Ohio.
The church youth group will sell food beginning at 4 p.m. in fellowship hall.
Sons of Liberty will participate in a service at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 9.
Jubilee service

Twenty-five women will be honored for their work with the 100 Plus Foundation during the ninth annual jubilee service at 5 p.m. Aug. 9 at Heavenly Place Church of God in Christ, 1350 Katherine Ave., where superintendent Stafford Jackson is pastor and founder.
Dr. DeBorah Graham of Centenary United Methodist Church will speak. The program theme is “A Promise is a Promise.” The foundation helps people in need.

Faith Fellowship Church of God, 388 E. Midlothian Blvd., will host the Rev. David Pratt of Cleveland as guest speaker at the 10:45 a.m. Sunday service. He attended Faith Fellowship as a teenager, while his father, the Rev. Floyd Pratt was pastor. A pot-luck dinner will follow.
