YOUNGSTOWN

A 26-year-old Boardman man was sentenced to four years in prison today in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for burglarizing a township home last year and stealing about $10,000 worth of jewelry to feed his heroin addiction.

Mitchell Glay was also ordered to pay $10,000 restitution by Judge Lou D'Apolito.

Glay is accused of breaking into a neighbor's home in September and taking the jewelry, which he told the judge he stole to pay for heroin.
