Former ‘Idol’ singer Casey Abrams to sing at racino lounge

AUSTINTOWN

Singer-songwriter Casey Abrams, who was on season 10 of “American Idol,” will perform at Hollywood Gaming casino, 655 N. Canfield-Niles Road, this Friday.

Abrams will sing on the casino lounge stage between 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Admission is free.

The 24-year-old Texan was one of the six finalists of the singing competition show in 2011. He released his debut album in 2012, which included the singles “Get Out” and “Simple Life.”

Abrams, who recently completed a European tour, appeared in a December 2013 concert at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown with fellow “Idol” singer Lee DeWyze.
