Animal sanctuary offers tours from May to Oct.

Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary, 5623 New Milford Road, is inviting the public to connect with rescued animals through tours from May through October at 11 a.m., 12:45 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet and pet rescued horses, including retired Amish horses, and get to know them through stories of rescue and recovery. Participants are encouraged to check out the facility renovations, property additions, and the progress that is taking place at the sanctuary, which also has animals from Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
Happy Trails is offering animal-education classes and other seminars and clinics at the new education center.
The cost to attend one of the tours is $20 for adults, $10 for children age 6 to 17, and children age 5 and under are free. Groups may include up to six people. All proceeds go toward the medical expenses and daily care of the rescued animals.
