Three indicted in Struthers home invasion

A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted three men in connection with an April 9 home-invasion burglary at an Oakland Boulevard home in Struthers.

Indicted on charges of aggravated burglary, burglary and felonious assault with firearm specifications, were Struthers residents Timothy Conzett Jr., 25, of Deer Creek; Colin Anzevino, 20, of Snyder Avenue; and Marc L. Cooper, 19, of Deer Creek.They are expected to be arraigned next month in Common Pleas Court before Judge Shirley J. Christian.

The three are accused of forcing their way into the home and trying to steal the homeowner’s guns, reports said. Taken were 17 guns and the homeowner’s prescription medication. The homeowner also suffered a stab wound to the arm and head injuries.

Also indicted Thursday:

Stephen A. Zuercher, 26, Market Street, Boardman, two counts of receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and resisting arrest.

Robert L. Johnson, 48, South Avenue, Boardman, breaking and entering.

Michael Nakley, aka Michael Makely, 26, Sheridan Road, being a felon in possession of a firearm and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Cornell B. Farmer, 44, Rhode Island Drive, felonious assault and assault.

James Van Tasel, 20, Millet Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Matthew R. Lombel, 33, Carter Circle, Boardman, domestic violence and disrupting public services.

Jessica R. Powers, 23, Cathy Ann Drive, Boardman, receiving stolen property and eight counts of forgery.

Jedediah M. Thomas, 37, Mathews Road, Boardman, theft.

Corey Jordan, 27, Gladstone Avenue, possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification and resisting arrest.

Darrell Stokes, 44, Maywood Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, violation of a protection order, resisting arrest and two counts of menacing by stalking,.

Cheryl L. Rose, 45, West Middletown Road, Columbiana, forgery and passing bad checks.

Ashley M. Schiffhauser, 23, Fifth Street, Beloit, illegal assembly of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.

David Davies, 38, Main Street, Mineral Ridge; Sydney Henriques, 23, North Maryland Avenue; and Willie A. Key, 28, North Maryland Avenue, possession of heroin, two counts of possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications and tampering with evidence.

Nicholas Duecaster, 19, West Marion Avenue, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications.

Leartis Day, 37, West Hylda Avenue, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Felder, 43, Byron Street, possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Thomas A. Ripley, 21, state Route 30, Lisbon, theft and five counts of forgery.

Christopher T. Gordon, 25, Fairgreen Avenue and Kenneth L. Coates, 24, Delaware Avenue, felonious assault and improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation.

Robert Hendirckson, 38, Bears Den Road, felonious assault.

Mark Wallencheck, 44, Erie Correctional Institution, grand theft and theft.

Paul McKeever, 32, Herbert Road, Canfield, four counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Devonte Housley, 23, West Princeton Avenue, unlawful sexual contact with a minor.

Nicholas Opalick Jr., 65, Covington Cove, Canfield, theft, selling a motor vehicle without a title, selling motor vehicles without a license, tampering with records and failure to provide an odometer disclosure statement.
