Canton-based rockers Brian Lisik and the Unfortunates will have a CD-release party at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Jilly’s Music Room, 111 N. Main St. in Akron (next to Luigi’s Restaurant). Admission is free. The new album, “Curtisinterruptedus,” his fourth solo release, is a set of 14 American-style rock and acoustic tunes that examine the bleak side of everyday people.
