Clayton Petro, Katie Farhang are engaged

Massoud and Mitra Farhang of Clarksville, Md., and Bernard and Janet Petro of Poland are announcing the engagement of their children, Katie Farhang and Dr. Clayton Charles Petro, both of Cleveland.

Invitations will be issued for a 5 p.m. wedding May 23 at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, where a reception will follow.

The bride-elect will graduate from Case Western Reserve University Medical School in May and has accepted a residency in ophthalmology at Emory University in Atlanta.

Dr. Petro graduated from the University of Cincinnati Medical School and is a surgical resident at University Hospitals/Case Medical Center in Cleveland.
