Replacement levies

Park levy, for five years, introduced in 1981 at 0.8 mill. Now valued at 0.46 mill, brings in $285,000. If replacement is passed, an additional $200,000 would come in. Owners of a $100,000 home pay about $14 a year for that levy. That would increase by $14 a year.

Two road levies, also for five years, introduced in 1976 and 1981, are combined at 2.5 mills. Those are valued at 1.0 mills and bring in $660,000. If replacements are passed, an additional $850,000 would come in. Owners of a $100,000 home pay about $31 a year for those levies. That would go up about $52 a year.
