Brookfield Local School District will offer open enrollment for the 2015-16 school year. Applications will be accepted for students in kindergarten through 12th grade and may be picked up in person at the Board of Education office, or can be downloaded from the district’s website at www.brookfield.k12.oh.us/.

To be considered, completed applications must be returned in person, to the Board of Education Office between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekdays.

The deadline for completed applications is 3:30 p.m. June 16. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Any application that is mailed will not be considered. Applicants will receive written notice of the first round enrollment decisions during or before the last week in June. No information will be given over the telephone. Any student living in Ohio and entering grades K-12 is eligible. One application must be completed for each student. Call the board office at 330-448-4930 for information.
