'Five Minutes with the Mayor' rescheduled

YOUNGSTOWN — Mayor John A. McNally’s monthly “Five Minutes with the Mayor Session,” originally scheduled for Tuesday has been rescheduled to April 28, starting at 5:00 p.m. It will be in the mayor’s office on the first floor of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.
