ODOT updates projects

COLUMBUS
The Ohio Department of Transportation announced the status of ongoing Mahoning County road projects.
These lane restrictions and ramp closures are currently in place:
In Youngstown, the entrance ramp from Himrod Avenue to U.S. Route 62 west is closed through July for bridge construction. The detour is Lane Avenue to Rayen Avenue to Albert Street.
The Route 62 bridge between South Avenue and Himrod Avenue over the Mahoning River, Poland Avenue, Cedar Street and the railroad is reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge repairs.
In Milton Township, Interstate 76 east between Lake Milton and state Route 534 is reduced to one lane between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. for the placement of noise wall barriers. All restrictions are weather dependent.
I-76 west between Lake Milton and state Route 534 is reduced to two, 10-foot lanes through mid-July for the placement of noise barriers.
In Coitsville, U.S. Route 422 between state Route 616 and the Pennsylvania state line will have daily lane restrictions for resurfacing.
In Canfield Township, U.S. Route 224 over state Route 11 is reduced to one lane in each direction to replace and widen the bridge. Also, Route 11 under Route 224 will have daily lane restrictions.
