Winning pitcher Eric White (2-0) had two hits including a double. For the Warriors, Jake Smith and Rylee Wallace each had two hits and two RBIs. Jerrian Thomas’ two hits included a double.

Colin Shinosky pitched seven innings with five strikeouts and no walks. The Eagles scored five runs in the sixth, led by a Zach Hover two-run home run and a Chris Colella three-run double. Ryan Love added three hits for the Eagles (3-4). Brandon Reinke had a double and a RBI for the Falcons (8-3).

Evan Nesbitt went 2-for-3 with a pair of runs and two RBIs in Western Reserve’s Game 1 win over Southington. Jeep DiCioccio pitched 4 2/3 innings for the win. DiCioccio and Dom Velasquez combined for six hits and six RBIs in the second game for the Blue Devils (7-2, 3-1) Nesbitt was also 2-for-3 in Game 2.

Nick Shiley pitched four innings to earn the win for McDonald (4-5). Cameron Ifft went 4-for-5 with three runs and three RBIs. Joe Sudol went 4-for-5, scored twice and had the save for the Blue Devils. Tanner Tullis went 3-for-4 with three RBIs for the Bears.

Addy Jarvis had 16 strikeouts and allowed only two hits in Game 1 for Hubbard. Maddie Nicoloff had a pair of hits and Taylor Sandburg drove in a run for the Eagles (6-5) in the opener. In game two, Caitlyn O’Hara scattered seven hits over five innings and hit a home run at the plate to help Hubbard sweep Springfield. Josie Applegarth also homered and had a double for the Tigers (6-4).

In game one, Bridget Sweeney was 4-for-4 with a grand slam and seven RBIs. Kayla Rutherford went five innings striking out eight and giving up one earned run for the Cardinals. In game two, Sydney Shugart struck out five and gave up four hits in her varsity debut. Kelly Williams had two doubles and home run and three RBIs for the Cardinals (7-1).

Preshus Brown contributed a grand slam, a three-run homer and a double for the Wildcats. Adrianna Leonard had three singles while Kelsey Agnone and Julia Neifer had two hits each. Neifer and Dana Wilkos doubled.

In game one, Holly Gotthardt pitched seven innings and had two strikeouts for the Clippers. Lauren Schelueter had three hits and Navi Kau had two hits for the Clippers (10-0). Rylee Lieder had two hits for Salem. In game two, Madison Macklin went seven innings, Schelueter and Haley Tohm had three hits each for the Clippers (11-0). Raegan Meals had two hits and Riley Lieder hit a home run for the Quakers (2-6).

Lexi Zappitelli pitched 11 innings and had 17 strikeouts with no walks for the Spartans. She also had the game-tying home run in the seventh. Aleah Hughes had a no-hitter until Zappitelli’s home run. She pitched 10 and two-thirds striking out 15 and walking two for the Blue Devils (4-4).
