A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people on these charges Thursday:

Vincente R. Turner, 37, Milton Street, Warren, possession of cocaine and falsification.

Melvin D. Tate, 48, Emerson Place, possession of drugs and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.

Josip Drazenovic, 26, East Wood Street, Lowellville, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of a drug-abuse instrument.

Joseph Duarte III, 31, South Maryland Avenue, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert T. Courtney Jr., 43, Mahoning Avenue, North Jackson, possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and assault.

Alicia Barnett, 63, Pointview Avenue, passing bad checks.

Timothy A. Broache, 36, Hawthorne Street, Struthers, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Umar B. Kakara, 48, Aster Avenue, Akron, felonious assault and assault.

Robert J. Leslie, 43, Pulaski Road, New Castle, Pa., receiving stolen property.

Jamie M. McCutcheon, 22, Bonnie Place, Boardman, two counts of trafficking in marijuana.

Terrance Hymes, 43, Miller Street, receiving stolen property.

Joseph Kloos, 26, Stookesberry Road, Lisbon, possession of heroin, possession of a drug-abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Rosenberg, 20, c/o Mahoning County jail, domestic violence.

Juliana Lubianetzki, 43, Ivy Hill, Cortland, possession of heroin.

Tyreese Perry, 20, Dearborn Avenue, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification.

Jermaine Donlow, 23, Illinois Avenue, one count of felony assault and three counts of misdemeanor assault.

Catherine Getsy, 26, North Hubbard Road, Lowellville, possession of heroin.

Christopher D. Harrison, 30, Westchester Drive, Austintown, possession of heroin and possession of a drug- abuse instrument.

Dena L. Milanowski, 34, Garden Valley Court, Boardman, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Drake R. Dibacco, 36, Palo Verde Drive, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Doshua M. Orr, 33, Sandy Drive, New Middletown, receiving stolen property and forgery.

Darryl Hipps, 52, Pleasant Valley Drive, Salem, five counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and five counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
