Help Hotline luncheon is Wednesday

The Help Hotline Crisis Center Inc.’s Victims’ Assistance Program is presenting the Annual Luncheon in Honor of Victims of Crime from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Holiday Inn, 7410 South Ave.

The speakers will be Lt. Brian Flynn of the Youngstown Police Department’s Family Service Unit and Mark Barden, the advocacy director for Sandy Hook Promise.
