F.N.B. Corp. announced this week that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $18.13 per share (equivalent to $0.4 per depositary share) on F.N.B. Corp.’s Non- Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series E. The dividend is payable May 15 to shareholders of record as of the close of business April 30.

F.N.B. Corp., with headquarters in Pittsburgh, is a financial services company operating in six states and three major metropolitan areas.

‘Rebuilding America’

YOUNGSTOWN

The Mahoning Valley Manufacturers Coalition, Youngstown State University, Oh-Penn Manufacturing Collaborative, Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership and the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber have launched a “Rebuilding America” lecture series.

The series starts May 20 with a keynote address by Harvard University lecturer Joseph Fuller, founder of the global consulting firm Monitor Group, now known as Monitor-Deloitte.

“Rebuilding America” will address the fact that while millions of potential workers remain unemployed, and millions more are underemployed, companies struggle to fill open positions.

The May 20 event starts at 11 a.m. at the Kent State Trumbull Lecture Hall, 4314 Mahoning Ave. NW, Warren. The cost is $25.

Table-game revenue

HARRISBURG, PA.

Revenue from table-games play at Pennsylvania casinos was $69.7 million in March, the highest single month of revenue to date, according to a report released Thursday by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Together, the 12 casinos generated more than $69.7 million in table-games revenue, an amount 2.7 percent higher than revenue generated from table games in March 2014. About $10 million in tax revenue was produced and returned to the Commonwealth last month.

WikiLeaks creates online archive of Sony documents

Sony’s hacking problems aren’t over yet.

Whistleblower site WikiLeaks on Thursday put hundreds of thousands of emails and documents from last year’s crippling cyber-attack against Sony Pictures Entertainment into a searchable online archive. It’s the latest blow for the entertainment and technology company struggling to get past the attack, which the company estimates caused millions in damage.
