Minority Business Summit today in Warren

WARREN — The city is offering a Minority Business Summit today at the Raymond John Wean Foundation, 147 W. Market St. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. There will be a speaker at 6 p.m. that will focus on grant writing and writing business plans.
