Niles woman robbed while pumping gas in Warren

WARREN — A Niles woman was robbed at the BP gas station, 1290 E. Market St. at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The woman said she was pumping gas when two males walked up to her, one of them brandishing a long firearm.

The woman, 20, grabbed her son from the car and ran away, she said. The suspects then took her purse, book bag and keys. Police said a witness recovered the keys from a relative of one of the suspects.
