HILLSVILLE, PA. — The Mahoning Township supervisors will conduct a public hearing at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Mahoning Township Community Center to discuss and contemplate legal action against Penn National Gaming Inc. for its decision to abandon the Lawrence Downs Racino Development Project.
