County offices: Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, open; Mercer, Lawrence, closed.

All state, federal offices: Open.

Mail delivery: Regular schedule.

Schools: Warren, Niles, New Castle, Salem closed Friday and Monday; Sharon, closed Friday; Youngstown Diocese, closed Friday through April 10; Youngstown, closed Friday through April 13.

Universities: Youngstown State, Kent State at Trumbull, open. Eastern Gateway, closed.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Regular schedule.

Public libraries: Warren-Trumbull, Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Girard Free Library, McKinley Memorial Library — Niles, Newton Falls Public Library, open Friday; Bristol Public Library — Bristolville, closed Friday; Youngstown-Mahoning County, closed Saturday and Sunday.
