Cortland man faces multiple rape charges

WARREN — Frank Arcuri III, 35, of Frostwood Drive in Cortland, was arrested Tuesday afternoon after being secretly indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury Tuesday on four counts of rape. Each charge carries a possible life prison sentence. He is in the county jail.

The charges stem from a complaint filed by a woman living on Larry Lane in Bazetta Township accusing Arcuri of committing sex offenses against a young girl. No hearing date has been scheduled for Arcuri’s arraignment.
