SENIOR CITIZENS

Cornersburg Happy Seniors will meet at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at A La Cart Catering in Canfield for lunch and a singing performance by The Noteables, the Austintown AARP choir. Reservations for the luncheon may be made by calling Linda Wiland, president, at 330-318-8472. The cost is $11. The club is a group of seniors who meet the first Thursday monthly for lunch and a program or bingo. Retired men, women and couples, 55 or older, are invited to attend. Cornersburg residency is not a requirement. For those who decide to join after two meetings, annual dues are $5.

Retired Nurses will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Western Reserve Methodist Church, 4560 Canfield Road, Canfield. A dentist will speak, and refreshments will follow the meeting. All retired nurses from the area are welcome.

Upcoming activities for senior citizens organizations are published Sunday. Please submit information to the Society Department by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
