Real-life ghost tales will be told at library

LEETONIA

Leetonia Community Public Library, 181 Walnut St., will present Kim Mitchell at 6 p.m. Monday.

Mitchell will be telling several ghost stories from the Leetonia area, including the tale of a mysterious girl hitch-hiking, some ghostly tales of the Cherry Valley Coke Ovens, a fortune teller who lived in town, a sister who hanged herself in her own yard who now haunts her home and a grisly murder in 1867; the culprit was captured in Leetonia.
