A Phoenix, Ariz., woman is awaiting arraignment today in municipal court after reports said she became irate over a cab fare late Monday and urinated inside the taxi.

Reports also said the woman, Gail Maria Hanna, 49, also propositioned the cab driver and an officer for sex, and they refused both times, which made her upset.

Police were called to a 15 W. Midlothian Blvd. parking lot about 10:05 p.m. Monday, where a cabdriver told them he picked Hanna up at the Mahoning Valley Restaurant on Walnut Street. Hanna wanted a ride to an address in Canfield.

Reports said when he told her the fare was $40, she propositioned him for sex. When he refused, Hanna began kicking him, reports said. Reports said the cab- driver pulled over in the parking lot and told Hanna to get out of the cab, but she refused. Instead, she urinated inside it, reports said.

The driver then called police, who arrived and said the woman was very drunk. They pleaded with her for several minutes to allow the driver to take her to Canfield, because the driver said he would still take her, but she refused and she also refused to give him any money for the distance he already had taken her, reports said.

Reports said she then made an obscene gesture at the officers and the driver and began walking away with no shoes on. Police caught up to her and handcuffed her but she became dead weight and resisted their efforts to put her in a cruiser.

Hanna eventually was placed in a cruiser and driven to the Mahoning County jail to be booked on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and theft.

While on the way to the jail, she propositioned for sex the officer who was transporting her, but he also refused, reports said.

Reports said she had also told police that her father was the founder of the Hells Angels motorcycle group and they would come after them.

Reports said she told the officer taking her to jail that whenever a motorcycle passed him, it would be a Hells Angels looking for him. Reports said at the jail Hanna continued hassling corrections officers who were trying to book her.
