Youngstown Business and Professional Women recently inducted the 2014-2015 executive officers for the 94-year-old organization during a recent ceremony at the Upstairs Restaurant and Lounge in Austintown.

The officer induction ceremony is an annual event that includes an oath of office and ceremony involving pins and flowers that correspond with the duties of each officer.

Lisa Dickson, 2013-2014 Ohio BPW Region 3 president, was the officiant of the ceremony. Inducted were Robin Fowler, sales leader for State Farm Insurance, president; Delvet Ballard, vendor manager coordinator with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, first vice president; Gayle Chifolo, retirement counselor at Park Vista of Youngstown, second vice president; Dee McFarland, employee benefits specialist at National Healthcare Access Inc., secretary; and Janelle Fumerola, managing principal, lead advisor at JFS Wealth Advisors, treasurer.

The executive committee conducts the club’s business, plans the calendar of events and hosts regular meetings of the year.
