A Phoenix, Ariz., woman is awaiting arraignment today in municipal court after reports said she became irate over a cab fare late Monday and urinated inside the taxi.

Reports also said the woman, Gail Maria Hanna, 49, also propositioned the cab driver and an officer for sex, and they refused both times, which made her upset.

Police were called to a 15 W. Midlothian Blvd. parking lot about 10:05 p.m. Monday, where a cab driver told them he picked Hanna up at the Mahoning Valley Restaurant on Walnut Street. Hanna wanted a ride to an address in Canfield.

Reports said when he told her the fare was $40, she propositioned him for sex. When he refused, Hanna began kicking him, reports said. Reports said the cab driver pulled over in the parking lot and told Hanna to get out of the cab, but she refused. Instead, she urinated inside it, reports said.

The driver then called police, who arrived and said the woman was very drunk.
