Youngstown YWCA hosts voter-registration drive Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — The YWCA of Youngstown, 25 W. Rayen Ave., will participate in National Voter Registration Day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday. Voters must bring their driver’s license number or the last four digits of their Social Security number for the voter registration form.
