A message from Howdy Friend

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: Howard Friend, known as “Howdy,” spoke to the Struthers Rotary Club at its Aug. 19 meeting. He helped operate Camp Fitch in the late 1940s with his brother and later spent his career as an educator at the Mahoning County Vocational School.
