Carrie DeMarco and Josh Stipanovich were united in marriage during a June 7 afternoon ceremony at St. Patrick Church in Youngstown.

The Rev. Edward P. Noga officiated, and a reception followed at St. Michael Family Life Center in Canfield. After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple live in Canfield.

The bride’s gown was a lace and tulle over satin modified mermaid style. It featured a sweetheart neckline with scalloped edging, a hand-beaded re-embroidered lace bodice with Swarovski crystals and a chapel-length train.

Amy DeMarco, sister of the bride, was her maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Dana Patrick; Christina Costello; Katie Stipanovich, sister of the groom; and Jess Conlin. They wore pomegranate-colored dresses.

Best man for his son was the groom’s father, Dave Stipanovich. Groomsmen were Dave Patrick, Lamar Salter, Mark Tringhese and Jordan Stipanovich, brother of the groom.

Mrs. Stipanovich, a daughter of Tony and Paula DeMarco of Canfield, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling. She is a One Stop counselor at YSU in Youngstown.

Mr. Stipanovich is the son of Dave and Jodie Stipanovich of Austintown and Jolene Stipanovch of Austintown. He graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and works as a supervisor for Black Lion Products in Youngstown.
