James and Heather (White) Rhoads of Hampton, Va., announce the birth of their daughter, Sadie Michelle, on Aug. 13 at Riverside Hospital in Newport News, Va., The grandparents are James and Mary Lou Rhoads of North Jackson and Tom and Sharon White of Mechanicsville, Va. The great-grandparents are Arthur and Vara Pruitt of Richmond, Va.
