Not-guilty plea

WARREN

Anthony Talbert, 20, of Hunter Street Northwest, was arraigned earlier this week in Warren Municipal Court on a burglary charge from July 28.

A not-guilty plea was entered for him, and he is in the Trumbull County jail without eligibility to make bond.

He was arrested Monday by U.S. marshals in a burglary in the 400 block of Belmont Street Northeast.

A Warren police report of the incident said someone broke out the rear window to get into the house and got cut, leaving behind blood on the kitchen floor and the window. A blood sample was taken by police.
