Toastmasters advance

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Youngstown Executive Toastmasters Club members Mark Williams, left, and Alex Mangie took first place at the Area 13 Table Topics and Humorous Speech contests at Cleveland Clinic, Twinsburg Campus, on Sept. 6. They move on to the Central Division Contest, which will take place Thursday. Williams, of Youngstown, works in the community development department for the City of Youngstown, and Mangie, of Canfield, is a CPA for the Mahoning County Board of Elections.
