Arlia Duarte led the Bulldogs (8-3, 5-1 All-American Conference White) with 12 kills, nine digs and eight aces. Chloe Bush scored 14 points with eight aces and made five kills. Jillian Penman made eight blocks and scored six points with two aces. For the Red Dragons (1-11), Katie Rearic made six kills and one block while Katie Julian scored four points and made two digs and eight assists. Kia Allen scored four points and made two kills. Morgan Cleevely had 14 points and five aces to lead Canfield (12-1, 6-0 AAC Red), while Maddy Johns had 15 kills in 20 attempts and Janie Rafoth added 31 assists in 66 attempts. For Fitch (3-7, 2-4), Sarah Obradovich had 11 kills in 27 attempts with three aces, Keara Katcher had 15 digs and five assists and Natalie Lynn made three blocks. JV: Canfield, 25-23, 25-12.

NEWTON FALLS

Bethany Rasile scored four goals while Hannah Ward, Madison Huber and Mackenzie Cowell had one each for the Red Dragons (6-1-1). Ward made three assists while Cowell, Delainey Cowell and Rasile had one each. For the Tigers (3-5-1), Hallie Stamm made nine saves. JV: Niles, 2-0.

North Coast League Championships

HINKLEY

Warren JFK placed first in the White Division at the Monday tournament at Pine Hills Golf Club. Their 386 placed the Eagles fourth overall. HFK’s scores were Alexis Eddy 91, Nicolette Eddy 95, Terra O’Brien 98 and Taylor Vassis 102. Walsh Jesuit won the Blue Division and the overall title with 331. Alexis Eddy was named All North Coast League and Nicollete Eddy received honorable mention.
