Larry Scott rushed for 156 yards on 15 carries and scored four touchdowns for the Eagles (3-0). His scores covered 17, 5, 41 and 16 yards. Isiah Scott scored on a 4-yard run and caught a 54-yard touchdown pass from Cam Ingram.

Ursuline 2, United 0

YOUNGSTOWN

Gianni Quattro had a goal and an assist as the Irish beat the Golden Eagles at the Youngstown State Soccer Complex. Quattro fed Mark Fusillo for a goal in the 35th minute and scored himself on an assist by John Hintz in the 53rd minute. Ursuline goalie Trey Roller had six saves. United’s Tucker Widlicka had five.

Campbell 2, Heartland Christian 0

COLUMBIANA

Javier Troncoso and Nico Bednarik scored goals and goalie Raymond Rue made 12 saves as the Red Devils improved to 4-2.

West Branch 2, South Range 1

BELOIT

Zach Minich and Alec Schopfer scored goals and Matt Heffinger had an assist as the Warriors handed the Raiders their first loss and improved to 5-3-2. Cole Durina scored the goal for South Range (6-1). West Branch goalkeeper Marshall Ney and South Range’s Brant Rothbauer each made 10 saves.

Erie Cathedral Prep 4, Cardinal Mooney 2

ERIE, PA.

Antonio Simora scored two goals whil Zachary Hein and Sam Tojaga had the others for Cathedral prep (7-0). Simora also had an assist while goalkeeper Ollie Wiesner made six saves. Cathedral prep has outscored its opponents 34-5. For the Cardinals (6-3), Nicholas Koken and Myles Harris scored while Keyton Graff and Mike Myers had assists. Dustin Hudak made two saves. JV: 0-0.

Canfield 4, Marlington 0

MARLINGTON

Frank Phillips had two goals, Maleck Saleh had two goals and Ben Feuer had two assists for Canfield. JV: 3-0 Canfield.

GIRLS SOCCER

Cardinal Mooney 10, Canton Central Catholic 0

STRUTHERS

Julie Vazquez scored five goals and — bringing her career total to 101 — and added three assists as the Cardinals won easily at the James Simon Sr. Soccer Center. Liz Philibin added three goals and Lexy Herman had two goals and four assists. Delaney Reardon and Carol Buchenic each added an assist for Cardinal Mooney. Goalkeeper Samantha Ellis and the Cardinals’ defense posted their third shutout. Canton Central Catholic goalie Monica Haines had 11 saves.

Maia Totterdale scored two goals and Tiffany Aliberti the other for the Falcons (5-2-1). Goalkeeper Soriya Rezapourian made four saves. For the Bulldogs (3-3-1), Abby Pavlik scored the goal and Miranda Meffe made seven saves. JV: Fitch, 1-0.
