Fire damages Howland house

HOWLAND

A fire caused heavy damage to a home on Harvey Avenue in the township.

Two people were inside the house when the blaze started at about 11 a.m. Saturday, according to 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner.

There were no injuries and the cause is under investigation.

The garage was a total loss and the rest of the house was heavily damaged by fire and smoke, according to WFMJ.
