Paws for Pets Project to start

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Humane Society of Columbiana County will kick off the 15 Days of Awareness Paws for Pets Project on Monday at the Steel Trolley Diner, 140 E. Lincoln Way in Lisbon. All proceeds support the abused and neglected pets who are rescued and in the care of HSCC. Paw prints can be bought for $1 each and signed by the donor. They will hang in the diner through October.
