Luzik named Employee of the Month

Judy Luzik has been named the September Employee of the Month for Shepherd of the Valley’s Poland location. She joined the dietary staff in September 1998 where she has advanced to supervisor.

“Judy is a dedicated employee and has a positive attitude every day. She is a very kind and caring individual which is displayed in her interactions with both staff and residents. Judy is very kind and caring with the residents and spends time talking with them when she can. She is also a great coworker who helps whenever and wherever she is needed, whether it is to cover a vacated shift or vacation days for others in her department. Additionally, she always comes in to help with extra events, taking the time to make it special for all in attendance,” said one of Luzik’s coworkers.

Luzik lives in Struthers with her children.

“I’m up and ready each morning. Even on the stressful days, I love to come to work,” said Luzik.
