Pizza Hut is recognizing the first-responders of 9/11. The pizza chain will provide a free Pizza Hut lunch buffet Thursday for emergency responders including firefighters, police and paramedics. ’17 Cadillac models have new technology
DETROIT
Cadillac will begin offering advanced “intelligent and connected” vehicle technologies on certain 2017 model year vehicles, said General Motors CEO Mary Barra on Sunday during her keynote address at the Intelligent Transport System World Congress in Detroit.
All Cadillac models will come with an advanced driver-assist technology called Super Cruise but the 2017 Cadillac CTS will be enabled with vehicle-to-vehicle, or V2V, communication technology.
Regional Chamber releases project data
YOUNGSTOWN
The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber released data showing completed and pending projects. More than $120 million was invested in completed projects that produced 469 new jobs and maintained 300 jobs. Pending projects are expected to be announced within the next one to two years with more than $1.3 billion to be invested and that is expected to create 916 jobs and maintain 2,188.
There were 46 out-of-state inquiries from companies or consultants interested in exploring opportunities in the Valley, which have resulted in 24 companies touring available properties.
