Strike Out Cancer event is planned

The Youngstown-Salem USBC Women’s Bowling Association is gearing up for its 13th annual Strike Out Cancer Benefit Bowling Tournament.

Moonlight Scotch Doubles will be Oct. 11 at Wedgewood Lanes, Oct. 18 at Holiday Bowl and Oct. 25 at Bell Wick Bowl. Registration begins at 9:30 p.m., and bowling begins at 10.

Daylight Scotch Doubles will be Oct. 26 at Boardman Lanes. Registration begins at noon, bowling begins at 1 p.m.

The cost is $30 per couple for four games. There will be a silent auction, raffles and door prizes. Reservations are preferred; call Carol Kozbial at 330-792-5444.
