MAHONING COUNTY | Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people Thursday. They will be arraigned before Common Pleas Judge Lou D’Apolito later this month:

Spencer Brown, 25, East Boston Avenue, superseding indictment, possession of drugs and escape.

Marvin Howard, 28, Emerson Place, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons, possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications and resisting arrest.

Hiawatha Johnson, 27, Elbernon Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin.

Andre Campbell, 42, Palmer Avenue, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

Gary D. Carter, 54, East Avondale Avenue, domestic violence.

Mansol Young Jr., 18, Lemarie Court, Columbus, being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.

Nino Carosella, 33, East Calla Road, Poland, possession of heroin, possessing drug-abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jarrett Ortiz, 30, Sheridan Road, receiving stolen property.

Lonnie L. Roth, 35, Chattanooga Road, Poland, possession of heroin, possessing drug-abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luis Claudio, aka Luis Claudio-Malave, 28, Chicago Avenue, domestic violence.

Carl Hammonds, 28, St. Louis Avenue, tampering with evidence, possession of heroin and possession of dangerous drugs.

Alex Mitchell, 27, Winona Avenue, two counts of possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business.

Angela Irizarry, 33, North Park Avenue, Brookfield, tampering with evidence, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

Dondion Johnson, 23, Willis Avenue, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of domestic violence and kidnapping.

Brenda Tomlin, 23, state Route 517, Lisbon, possession of heroin.

Gracie Rollins, 28, Zedaker Avenue, four counts of felonious assault.

Dawnn Pilson, 24, East Avondale Avenue, direct presentment, two counts of forgery.

William L. Tolle, 38, Hubbard Road, Hubbard, direct presentment, escape.

Melissa Porter, 37, West Rockwell Avenue, Austintown, direct presentment, deception to obtain a dangerous drug and possession of drugs.
