Man charged with open lewdness

BEAVER, Pa.
Police say a man exposed himself at a western Pennsylvania library and recorded videos aimed up the skirts of women using a camera he placed beneath tables there.
Online court records don’t list an attorney for 47-year-old Preston Sager, of Edinburg. He faces a preliminary hearing Tuesday on charges of open lewdness, resisting arrest and indecent exposure.
Police say Sager tried to run away when they were called to the Beaver Area Memorial Library on Saturday by a worker who recognized Sager as the man who had taken off his pants a week before.
Sager doesn’t have a listed phone number.
