Mahoning commissioners meet with WRPA board in exec session

YOUNGSTOWN — Mahniong County commisioners went into executive session late this morning to discuss personnel with six of the eight members of the Western Reserve Port Authority.

Participating by phone were two Trumbull County commissioners Frank Fuda and Mauro Cantalamessa.

Some others in the session were Mahoning County Prosecutor Paul J. Gains and Linette Stratford, chief of the civil division; Dan Dickten, director of aviation at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Vienna,;and Sarah Lown, senior economic-development manager for the authority; and John Moliterno, who the WRPA board is considering as a candidate for economic-development director.
