Groups give away backpacks, school supplies

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: American Legion Post 236 supported the effort of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, which recently coordinated a backpack and school supply give away. About 180 book bags with supplies were donated to school age children in the area.
