Theater to stage 'Last 5 Years'

Theatre on 3 will present “The Last 5 Years” at 8 p.m. Nov. 14 and 15 and at 2 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Winner Arts & Culture Center, 98 E. State St., downtown.

“The Last 5 Years” is a contemporary song-cycle musical that chronicles the five-year life of a marriage, from meeting to break-up — or from break-up to meeting, depending on how you look at it. Written by Jason Robert Brown, it takes a personal look at the relationship between a writer and an actress told from both points of view.

The production stars professional regional actors Jordan Rembold and Drew Leigh Williams.

There will be a cash bar. The box office and theater will open a half hour before curtain.
